Governance

Wales Lacrosse is responsible for setting the governance structure of the organisation - the building blocks to ensure that we operate in the best interests of the members and of the sport.

Organisational structure

Wales Lacrosse has an Executive Board, led by the Chair, which meets regularly to discuss the operation of the organisation.

The Men's and Women's programmes have their own Performance Managers who oversea their respective activities.

​

Each representative side has its own Head Coach who leads a team of coaches and support staff.

Policies and Procedures

As befits any National Governing Body, there are certain policies and procedures that are in place to ensure the proper operation of the organisation, the safety of the participants and the adherence to accepted standards.
